系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵面、
照明面和重要面。照明面是指
光學(xué)系統(tǒng)中被外界雜散
光源照亮的面;關(guān)鍵面是可以從探測(cè)中看到的面;關(guān)鍵面和照明面的重疊面即為重要面。重要面是光機(jī)系統(tǒng)中一次雜散輻射的主要來(lái)源,
雜散光的抑制也就是努力減少重要面的數(shù)量。
